We care about your experience with us.

Whether you’re thinking about your child’s first piano or searching for the absolute best piano available, we have friendly and passionate staff who can answer any questions that you may have.

Of course, if you’d simply like to have a look around then we’ll be happy for you to explore our range uninterrupted. We’ll leave the pushy sales tactics to commission-based staff at other music businesses.

If you’d like some guidance or are feeling overwhelmed, please feel free to approach our staff or give us a call and we’ll be happy to listen to your needs before suggesting what we believe might be suitable for your specific situation. It is important to us that your purchase is a simple process, guided by honest and relevant information rather than a process littered with confusing stories and misleading tactics.

If you’re new to the world of pianos, then the Piano Buyer’s Guide page on our website has some information and helpful links to get you started with your musical journey.

If you’d like to make an enquiry then you may reach us through our ‘contact’ page

For all pianists

We love to see new students fall in love with their first piano and we stock a range of instruments that we believe are perfect for all pianists at any age or ability.

If you need a piano for diploma-level studies or you’re looking on behalf of an institution, we work with some of the oldest and highly respected European piano manufacturers and can help you find the perfect piano to help you take your performance to the next level.

To support music in the community, we host examinations at our Burwood location and wherever possible we enjoy offering our venue to local teachers for regular student concerts. Beginning in 2020 we will be establishing a regular recital series and a new piano competition series for primary and intermediate school students. Please subscribe to our monthly newsletter for more information and updates.

We work with the best

Cheap piano movers and unqualified piano technicians can quickly become the most expensive option!

We work only with piano movers that we trust and we have two in-house piano technicians to ensure that we do things once and we do them right. It’s simply not worth risking injury or damage by cutting corners.

If you’d like a recommendation for moving your piano or a quote from one of our piano technicians then please feel free to get in touch via our contact page.

By the same token, we take great pride in the brands that we represent and take great care even in selecting the specific models from each piano manufacturer that we believe best fit the needs of pianists, institutions, and students in Australia. You can find out more about our pianos here.
