Warranties
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where applicable, please refer to manufacturer’s documentation for their support or warranty timeframes and coverage.
Separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, all new acoustic pianos sold by Australian Music World include 20-years (from date of invoice) warranty support. This is not additional to the manufacturers promises, but as an extension to ensure a total warranty period of 20-years for any instances where the manufacturer’s warranty is less than this. For example, a 5-year manufacturer warranty would be extended by us for another 15-years. This warranty covers any additional maintenance and acoustic parts replacement required outside of regular tuning and regulation - including replacement of strings. Any damage to your piano the has occurred due to abuse, mishandling or any sort of misuse will not qualify for warranty repair or replacement.
Acoustic pianos sold for institutional or professional use are not covered by this 20-year warranty but will receive a separate institutional warranty lasting 5-years for any cases where a standard manufacturer’s warranty does not apply. Regular maintenance suited to the specific demands of each professional setting is required for this warranty to remain valid. Please contact us for further details.
Roland Price-promise
For 10-days from date of purchase, we promise to retrospectively match a competitor’s price and refund the difference
This Price-Promise extends to all Roland digital piano products purchased from us, excluding accessories
We only promise to match prices that are fair competition and fairly advertised so therefore must be:
Currently available and in stock in Australia
Exactly the same items/inclusions as your purchase from us (not demo or clearance stock)
You must be able to show evidence of the competitor’s price that you would like us to match
This promise is made by Australian Music World and is in addition to any promotions or guarantees made by Roland Corporation Australia Pty Ltd
This promise is in addition to our obligations under Australian and Victorian consumer law
