Covid-19 updates
Best wishes to you and your loved ones - take care and do the right thing.
Update (25/03/20): we are open by appointment only.
Despite what is quickly unfolding around us, we have not yet been asked by the government to shut our doors.
We are very aware of the urgent demand for pianos and musical instruments as people staying at home remember the importance of music in their lives. Because of this, we intend to stay open until instructed otherwise, albeit with significant changes - and significant flexibility on pricing!
While we remain open, we have moved to an appointment only model. This will allow us to control our shop environment and create a safe space for our staff and customers.
We will implement the following steps for your appointment:
Your time-slot is exclusive to you and we will have only one staff member present with you.
We will ask that you wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before trying any instruments.
Our staff member will wear a face-mask during your appointment, respect social distancing guidelines, and will use gloves while demonstrating a piano to you.
Instruments will be cleaned between appointments.
For the time-being, we are not accepting cash payments. Payment can be made via card, bank-transfer/ETF, or paylinx.
If this is your first time visiting us or for any enquiry that we can assist with remotely: we encourage you first to ‘visit’ us via your favourite video conferencing app, via email, or over the phone.
We are happy to arrange contactless drop off for guitars, digital pianos, and other smaller instruments or accessories in the local area - again, please contact us if there’s something in particular you were after.
Music is more important than ever
We don’t know what will happen next month, or even in the next few days. So if you’re after an instrument to keep you sane during lock-down, please get in touch now!
We would like to thank you for your interest in our shop. If you’re unable to book an appointment, then please do browse via our website and social media pages. We’re looking forward to some semblance of normalcy around us and we’ll be excited to welcome you back once healthcare workers and authorities encourage us to do so.
